My husband and I went to Mexico and bought a timeshare. When we returned home, we quickly realized that the contract wasn’t in line with what we had been told/sold. The contract included a 5-day rescission period so we needed to act fast. We called on a Sunday and Mickey picked up, not once, but twice, and gave us tips and advice on the steps to take to get a cancellation on our contract. It gave us peace of mind and we are now on the way to correcting a big mistake.
