The HelpMeExit.com service is a consulting group that can help you navigate through the exit process. We assign a specialist to first determine if we can help you. Should we be able to assist you, our service will move your timeshare ownership through our proven process. Each phase of the process is designed to get the client into the title and transfer phase. This process removes you completely from the resort ownership forever. You will be assigned a specialist who will assist in the resort cancellation process until completed.
Your HelpMeExit representative will need your resort information to ensure that the proper specialist is assigned to your file. Contact customer service if you need a representative to help begin the process.
We are a company that helps remove, cancel, terminate, and relieve timeshare owners from their obligations. We offer an affordable, and guaranteed end to your timeshare contract.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Timeshare cancelation and termination services are for timeshare owners who:
Are unable to use their timeshare
Are concerned about their inability to sell their timeshare through a listing company
Have been overwhelmed by increasing Maintenance Fees and Special Assessments
Are worried about their loved ones inheriting their timeshare and all its costs
Are frustrated with exchange companies
Are looking for more affordable vacation options

Not everyone qualifies. Factors include where you own and when you purchased. Special circumstances may apply. It may not matter if you are current on your fees. After a short interview, we’ll inform you if you qualify. We work with companies that only accept specific properties, and if your unit qualifies, we’ll guide you through our process. Even if your resort doesn’t qualify, we provide direction and free advice.

A copy of your most recent maintenance bill
A copy of all purchase and/or upgrade agreements
A copy of the deed, if applicable
You can contact your developer to request them, or sign a Limited Power of Attorney and we’ll handle it for you.
💰 Fees & Payments
No client is charged a fee until 100% approved for a transfer. Once the process begins, the fee is assessed. We offer a transparent “Skin in the game” guarantee.
Consultation is free. Our service fee is designed to be the lowest in the business, with no surprise costs later. All fees are upfront and inclusive.
In most cases, you don’t. It depends on what’s required to complete your exit. Contact a Senior Analyst to learn more.
🛏️ Travel Clubs & Resale
Absolutely not. Our only goal is to remove your timeshare burden. If you choose a travel program later, we can recommend low-cost options with no strings attached.
If your timeshare has resale value, we’ll advise you for free. But expect that value to be a fraction of what you paid. Never pay someone upfront to sell a timeshare.

If booked directly through the developer, we can wait until after your trip to begin the process. If booked through exchange companies like RCI or II, you can usually use them. Policies may vary, and we aim to keep you informed.
💳 Mortgage, Maintenance & Credit
Yes, 100% we recommend this to avoid negatively affecting your credit.
It is very possible. Beware of companies that tell you they guarantee that your credit will not be affected. No one can guarantee what another company will do.
Most likely. It is always best however to talk directly to a Senior Analysts as there are many factors involved.
This includes what timeframe the maintenance bill represents.
Your credit could be affected, though it’s rare unless you skip payments for several years.
📃 Ownership & Signatures
Yes. Once complete, the deed is legally transferred out of your name.
We only need one signature to begin the exit process. However, if there is a deed, then you will all need to sign the “Quit Claim Deed”, deeding the timeshare back to the developer. This form must be notarized.
If only one of you signs our paperwork, then it’s up to you to make sure the other owner(s) are in agreement to exit the timeshare. If we complete our process, and your other owner(s) decide to keep the timeshare, we will not refund your exit fee.
If there is a deed involved, then you will both need to sign the deed back over to the timeshare company.
If there is a divorce decree stating that you own the timeshare, we only need your signature.
We recommend consulting them first. If they still want it, you can exit your share, and they can acquire a new one separately.
